Body correction in barcelona with dance e/motion

I invite you to the unique BODY CORRECTION Workshop on the beach.

Classes for anyone who wants to do something for themselves.

If you want to work on the correct posture of your body, you feel that your body is tense and you want to feel free at last. If you want to get rid of back pain, meet new cool people and recharge your batteries in a positive atmosphere for the next day.

These classes are for you 🙂

Many years of observation of people in various countries of the world confirmed my conviction that a bad posture of the body is a civilization disease, which was caused by changing external factors - this factor is work, sedentary lifestyle, inactivity and lack of knowledge about the human body. It is worth to think about your health, because it is the most valuable gift we have in our lives. It doesn't matter how much money you have in your bank account. Health can't be bought with any money. Respect health and think about it the next time you feel pain in your spine, when you get out of bed too fast, when you sit for hours in one position, when instead of squatting, you want to lift something heavy on straight legs . . .
